Individual Therapy
In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll dig into what’s holding you back and build a plan that works for you. I’ll hold a judgment-free space where you can focus on growth and healing. We’ll work together to build resilience, challenge negative thought patterns, and direct you toward lasting change.
Family Therapy
$200/hour
Addiction affects the entire family. When one person struggles, the ripple effect can leave everyone feeling lost and confused. In these sessions, we’ll work together to improve communication, repair trust, and create a stronger, more supportive dynamic so everyone can heal. Growth happens together.
All services that fall within my scope of practice are exempt from HST collection under the Excise Tax Act unless otherwise specified.
